How do you pronounce the first-name Bregje?

You can't. It's a Dutch name and an American can't pronounce it. Just not going to happen.





edit: Okay I'll give it a try. The "g" is the biggest obstacle as usual.





"Bre" as in "Bred"


"g" as in.. well that's the problem, isn't it? Back of the throat, but softly, not like a cough. Ggggh. Maybe an emphatic "h" would work better.


"je" as in "yuh" (very softly)
