Why is Hillary referred to by her first name while McCain and Obama are not?

Why is Hillary referred to by her first name while McCain and Obama are not?
A con artist like sHrillery always wants to play it both ways.





She plays the victim when one of the hundreds of women Bill has slept with can't be covered up with spin (although the marriage has been over for 25 years); then she leads the attacks on Bill's "other" women to either lie for the Clintons or keep quiet.





sHrillery has used the bias of the media to cow-tow to her %26amp; she feels entitled to preferred treatment (funny, when Obama was getting the treatment she has been getting for the last 16 years, she raises hell).





Yes, sHrillery is referred by her first name because she has instructed the media (long ago) to not associate her as just the wife of the President; she hasn't stuck in this phony marriage to be the wife of Bill. She needed her separate identity because her long term plans could come true- hook up with a far more talented con artist (she lacks the people skills of Bill) to work together as a team, to benefit for twice the duration of power; he runs and then she runs and both tag along for a free ride while the other is in office.
Reply:Because when people reference "Clinton" other people think they are referencing Bill.
Reply:Probably because when someone says Clinton, they think of Bill not Hillary.
Reply:I usually use the name Clinton, unless I want to distingush between Bill and Hillary. I have noticed that many use Obama's middle name
Reply:Maybe it's because her husband is refered to as Clinton and they so not want to cause any confusion.
Reply:Because there are two Clintons. It was decided she should run using the name Hillary.
