We are trying to run a back ground check on someone that we believe to be unsafe, how can we do that if we don't have the last name. Any help would be greatly appreciated to many details to list. Thanks!

If you are just trying to find out information on a person, you can find out if they own real estate and if so, you can find out their last name by the property address on the county's assessor's page. Most information is found on the internet, you just need to know where to look. Hope this helps.
